Baby Registration
*Please fill out the form below and also email a photo of your child to office@radiuschurch.tv by Wednesday May 8, 2024.
Baby dedications will take place May 12th at the 10:30 service. Please plan to bring your baby into the main service, dedications will take place right after the songs. If you plan to bring your child to kids ministry after the dedications please pre-check them in before the service! Feel free to sit anwhere in the servce, Ken & Patti will call you and your child up by name.
